The Early Childhood Education degree is designed to cultivate the fully developed practical talents who hold international view; show strong sense of responsibility; love the career of early childhood education; have both knowledge and morality; take children as orientation; do well in healthcare and education; possess advanced teaching idea; master the professional knowledge and skills about early childhood education; understand the complexity of growth and education of children in different families and societies; and are able to engage in children’s education, management and development in educational administration departments, children’s physical and mental training institutions and communities.

Course Information
本專業(yè)吸納了中英雙方高校的課程,保證項(xiàng)目學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)實(shí)、知識新。第一年的課程設(shè)置一中方為主,同時(shí)強(qiáng)化英語教學(xué),是學(xué)生盡快適應(yīng)全英教學(xué)壞境。課程包括音樂、舞蹈、美術(shù)、兒童發(fā)展心理學(xué)、學(xué)前教育活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)與指導(dǎo)等。后兩年的課程設(shè)置以英方為主,開設(shè)有學(xué)前兒童數(shù)學(xué)教育、學(xué)前兒童語言教育、學(xué)前教育原理、特殊兒童心理與教育、學(xué)前教育科研方法等課程。
By incorporating Chinese and British courses, this major ensures to teach the most practical and frontier knowledge. The course setting in first academic year is Chinese oriented, which also strengthens English teaching to enable students to adapt to the English speaking environment. These courses include Music, Dancing, Art, Children’s Development Psychology, and Design & Guidance of Early Childhood Education Activities. The latter two years’ study is British oriented, which contains the courses of Early Childhood Mathematics Education, Early Childhood Language Education, Principles of Early Childhood Education, Psychology and Education of Exceptional Children, Scientific Research Methods of Early Childhood Education, etc.
